I’m Paul White and thanks for considering Fabritec Floor Care & Restoration.

A little about us:

I started Fabritec some thirty four years ago in Kingston upon Thames providing carpet & furniture cleaning. We were the first company in Kingston to offer our clients truck mount steam cleaning for the most thorough deep-down cleaning you can get. I attained IICRC Master Textile Cleaner nearly twenty years ago. By the turn of the century, I decided it would be good to offer my growing client base a complete floor care service under one roof (they kept asking). I attended many training schools here and, in the USA, to enable me to offer the same high standards in cleaning or restoring their hard floor surfaces that they expected and got from my carpet & furniture cleaning service.

So, whether you need wood floor sanding & finishing, carpet & upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and sealing, Amtico & Karndean cleaning and sealing or marble floor honing & polishing, myself and Stuart, my No.2 for fifteen years have got the knowledge and experience to provide you with a great service whatever your requirements.

You will be getting a combined 50 years floor care experience and the latest state of the art equipment. I have also been a member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association since 1999.

I attained Master Textile Cleaner status in our industry in 2003 which means that your delicate furniture fabrics will be safe in my hands. Over the years I’ve built up an armoury of all the different cleaning systems available. However, “the world’s most proven system for removing more soil & contaminants than any other” is what my biggest investment has been in, and it’s the method that 99.9% of my clients choose. Our high-powered machinery is based on the van with only the hoses and cleaning wands brought into your home. 

It enables us to clean with higher heat & pressure meaning the cleaning solution penetrates deep down to the base of the fibres to remove the soil & grit that causes “traffic lanes” to appear – not just a surface clean like most electric machines can achieve. It also has huge vacuum to remove our residue-free rinse that will leave your carpets touch damp after the most thorough cleaning they’ve ever had! As well as those wanting the deepest clean and fastest drying times this system is particularly beneficial to allergy sufferers.

We clean all types of fabric upholstered sofas & furnishings and can protect them with genuine Scotchgard Protector as well as dry clean & refresh your curtains in-situ. Your leather chairs & sofas can be cleaned, nourished & protected too. We also clean for business and the education sector and can clean up to 10000 sq./ft per day if required.

WOOD FLOORS:

Whether it’s old pine boards, planks, parquet etc using the latest Bona & Lagler dustless equipment we offer a full sanding & refinishing service including repairs, replacement boards, gap filling & staining. We can apply a range of finishes to suit your needs & aesthetic desires. If you’re in our service area I am happy to come by, discuss your requirements and provide you with an exact written quote. STONE FLOORS:

We clean, restore, and maintain all types of stone floors like marble, limestone, granite, travertine, slate, sandstone etc as well as quarry tile, terrazzo, terracotta. From cleaning & sealing to honing & polishing we’ve got it covered.

CERAMIC AND PORCELAIN TILE & GROUT:

Deep cleaning using our van-based equipment brings most tiles up like new. We can also clean & revive those “impossible to get clean” grout lines. Having your grout sealed to prevent future soil build up and staining is also an option. We can even Colour-Seal your grout, so you can change colour to something more suiting the tile.

AMTICO & KARNDEAN

Cleaning & sealing of Karndean & Amtico, vinyl, safety flooring, resin, etc.
